San Francisco Bay Area • ArchiCAD Consulting for BIM Implementation, ArchiCAD Training, Office Standards & Templates, Rendering and GDL Scripting.

I have over 17 years of architectural and computer technology experience, the last 15 of those years I have been using ArchiCAD. My architectural experience since 2004 has been focused primarily on high-end residential design intermixed with commercial and restaurant designs. My latest projects included a new 12,000 sf high-end restaurant in South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, California, a new 3,000 sf single family home in San Francisco's St. Francis Woods neighborhood, a new 3,000 sf residence in Snowmass Village, Colorado and several other new houses, as well as renovations and additions, throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California.

Some of my past architectural experience included a $60 million gymnasium complex for Los Angeles City College, an urban community college in downtown Los Angeles, the architectural design of Foundry Square, a 1.25 million sf shell and core commercial campus in the SOMA district of downtown San Francisco, corporate campus headquarters for silicon valley companies 3Com Corporation and Silicon Graphics, Inc., and interior architecture for the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in Shanghai.

Aside from my responsibilities on design teams, I also currently perform the duties of BIM manager and IT manager. I have developed, documented and implemented office wide CAD / BIM standards, as well as conducted CAD / BIM training  and computer training for firms new to ArchiCAD as well as for firms that are current users. With my diverse experience in working as an architect and a BIM manager for both large and small firms, from large scale commercial projects, to the smallest of residential projects, I have been able to use my unique expertise to consult with Bay Area architectural firms and teach at local colleges. I have also been a guest speaker at venues such as the American Institute of Architects Technology in Architectural Practice Conference held in Los Angeles in 2006, as well as throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, and at international venues in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban, South Africa and Budapest, Hungary.
